Here is another impromptu December drive to take pictures. It was pouring rain in San Diego that whole week and we just wanted to see dry land and a good sunset so we drove east to the
Salton Sea in Imperial Valley - specifically the
Red Hill Marina. Funny how we've been out to the Salton Sea a couple times, and yet, still manage to underestimate how long it takes to get out there. We wanted sunset and we got about only 20 minutes before sunset to hurriedly take shots - - sigh - that's how it goes. Thank God we like long drives together :)
